The first Meet Magento in Poland was a great success. Over 150 attendees from Germany, Switzerland, Ukraine, Netherlands, United Kingdom and of course Poland took part in this special event. Nearly 250 were attending online!
First day, both business and technology oriented, was very interesting and relevant. We had a chance to see presentations about migration to Magento, Magento Ecosystem, the power of e-mailing, important details about SEO and Magento, two great study cases (ePlatform for Ghana government and Castorama) and many others.
The second day was strictly developers’ day. The deep-into-details presentations attracted audience’s attention even if great majority still felt a little dizzy after magnificent After Party on 40th floor of Marriott Hotel. After last presentation of Vinai Kopp 10 developers had a chance to get Magento Developer Certification with 50% discount (and free re-take if needed). What should be stressed here is that Meet Magento in Poland was the first with syncho translation. As during the first day there was a few polish presentations – it was a real advantage for English speakers in the audience.
To sum up – the meeting was excellent, food and drinks delicious, After Party – unforgettable!
