AI is a tool, and like any tool it's only worth using where it helps you sell. For our clients that's four places: how shoppers find and buy, how your team runs the store, how AI search finds you, and how we plan and deliver your work.
Each one starts with a business problem, not with the technology.
Magento can do a lot, and learning it takes time. Clients tell us they love the platform but don't know how to get the most from it, even with videos and guides. So our team built AI assistants into the ISKRA admin: anyone can ask how to configure something or run a report, and get a plain answer back without training. It's in beta and included in ISKRA.

What we set up, build and use today.
AI search and merchandising
We set up and tune AI search and merchandising with tools such as Algolia and Constructor, so shoppers find the right product even when they don't use your words for it.
Chat and FAQ assistants
An AI assistant is only as good as the content behind it. We get your product and policy content right first, so shoppers get a real answer in one go instead of going round in circles. Chat is coming soon as an ISKRA add-on.
Getting found by AI search
We use AI agents to monitor and improve how our own sites rank in search and appear in AI answers. For clients who want it, we run the same monitoring on their store and share the reports, along with what we've learned about acting on them. We're not an SEO agency, and this can be added to HyperCare.
How we use AI in our work
Our developers, QA engineers and project managers use AI tools every day to work faster and more consistently. On HyperCare, that means more gets done in the same monthly hours. We also use AI to prepare proposals, estimates and sprint plans, so scope is clear before work starts.
Yes. It's included and currently in beta.
On a support plan, it means more gets done in the same monthly hours. Developers, QA and project managers use AI tools every day, and the time saved goes into your store.
No, not by default. We use AI tools on business terms that stop the provider training on what we enter, and we don't enter your customers' personal data unless the work needs it and your contract allows it.
Yes. Chat we build tells shoppers they're talking to an AI at the start of the conversation, as the EU AI Act requires from August 2026.
Yes. Tell us, and we'll agree how we work instead.
Tell us what's getting in the way. We'll tell you where AI would help, where it wouldn't, and what it would cost.
